From the moment we walked into our room, we were blown away by the attention to detail and comfort provided. the cold drink waiting for us in the mini-fridge was a welcome relief after a long journey and the ironing facilities made sure we looked our best for exploring York. the heating was perfect for the chilly December weather and the sitting area was so cozy for relaxing in the evenings. the free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected and the washing machine was a lifesaver for our messy family. the carpeted floor added an extra touch of luxury and the proximity to fantastic restaurants like Upper River Restaurant and Love Cheese made dining out a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.
